Fees/Commissions
There is no account opening fee, but Admiral Markets charges an inactivity fee of €10 per month if no transactions are made within the previous 24 months. Transfers to bank accounts of the same base currency are not charged, but a 1% exchange
fee applies for transfers to a bank account with a different base currency. Most accounts can make one free withdrawal request each month, although some wire transfer withdrawals may involve modest charges.
The Admiral Markets Trade.MT4 and Trade.MT5 accounts have no commission on most financial instruments except single share and ETF CFDs, but as with most CFD brokers, clients will pay a dealing spread when they enter or exit a trade. More
details about commissions see here https://admiralmarkets.com/start-trading/contract-specifications. Spreads are
attractive due to Admiral Markets applying an STP model (Straight Through Processing), which gives its clients direct market access. Admiral Markets provides agency execution meaning it doesn’t have a dealing desk or take internal risk.
The Admiral Markets Trade.MT5 account (or Invest.MT5 for exchange-traded stocks) provides a wide range of markets to trade, whereas those focused on just Forex trading may gravitate to the Admiral Markets Zero.MT4 or Zero.MT5 accounts. Quite attractive costs (spreads plus any commission) are found in the Admiral Markets Zero accounts, which come with a far smaller range of tradable markets.
Unless you have an Islamic account, you may be charged rollovers (or swaps) fees. This should be taken into consideration by traders who hold trades overnight.
