Temenos Shares Gain as Valu-Trac Added To SaaS Client Roster

Valu-Trac Investment Management has decided to enhance its fund administration and transfer agency business by selecting Temenos (SWX: TEMN) Multifonds SaaS. Temenos shares (SWX: TEMN) on the Swiss stock exchange have moved up 0.52% on the day, but continue to trade within a pretty tight range as pre the 6 month chart below.

Temenos, known for its comprehensive banking platform services in 150 countries, welcomes Valu-Trac to its growing list of clients. Oded Weiss of Temenos Multifonds expressed enthusiasm about this collaboration, emphasizing the strategic importance of strengthening their presence in the UK market.

This move from Valu-Trac aims to boost operational efficiency through advanced automation and a unified platform.

Valu-Trac will replace its in-house systems with Temenos Multifonds Global Accounting and Multifonds Global Investor. The decision is seen as a vital step toward optimizing operational processes, enabling automated workflows, and improving fund operations efficiency. This system upgrade is critical for Valu-Trac, which serves around 45 Sponsors/Investment Managers overseeing more than 150 funds, handling total assets under management (AuM) of approximately £16 billion.

One of the key drivers of this partnership is the expected acceleration in the digital transformation journey for Valu-Trac. According to Jonathan Child from Valu-Trac, the implementation will not only speed up the transition to more digital processes but also alleviate concerns related to information technology management.

The integration of Temenos Multifonds is set to bring significant enhancements in capability and service offerings for Valu-Trac's Managers and Collective Fund Shareholders.
